South Indian Food is no longer a favourite of the South Indians alone, it is equally popular and appreciated all over, However, their Dosa, Idli, Wada & other snacks, along with their accompaniments like sambar & chutney, are relished more. The Recipes given here are delicious, sublly flavoured with spikes & very simple to prepare. The food is light since the amount of Oil that is going into each dish is taken care of in all the recipes.
